The President of the General Court of Audit (GCA), Dr. Hussam Alangari, received Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus Vasily Gerasimov, today. Dr. Alangari emphasized the importance of this visit, which aims to strengthen cooperation and joint efforts between the GCA in Saudi Arabia and the Belarusian State Control Committee. The collaboration will focus on exchanging expertise, improving performance efficiency, and developing human resources within both organizations. Chairman Gerasimov reiterated his commitment to enhancing the partnership between the two entities. Following the reception, both sides held a meeting with officials from their respective organizations. The discussions centered on topics of mutual interest and explored ways to further develop and activate their cooperation. The Belarusian delegation was also briefed on the GCA s experience in digital transformation, including its use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence through the "Shamel 2.0" e lectronic auditing system.
