The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is scheduled to organize the International Social Responsibility Forum between October 28 and 29 in Riyadh under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The forum serves as a global platform for dialogue in social responsibility, and reflects the Kingdom's leadership position in this field, as stipulated in the Saudi Vision 2030. Through the forum, the ministry aims to enable decision makers in the private sector, government representatives, development organizations, and experts in social responsibility and sustainability to engage in dialogue, discuss challenges and development opportunities, stimulate innovation, contribute to shaping the global future of social responsibility, promote excellence and competitiveness among participants, and foster partnerships between the public and private sectors and the non-profit sector, as well as open possibilities for global partnerships in this field. The forum is considered the largest gathering of business leaders and CEOs from private sector companies and institutions to highlight their social responsibility, achievements, economic growth, and community welfare goals, as well as environment protection. The event enables all stakeholders to meet, share experience and success stories at dialogue sessions, workshops, and the accompanying exhibition, and transfer knowledge regarding the best international practices. By holding the forum, the Kingdom shows its social responsibility efforts, growing role, and rising international status as one of the fastest-growing global economies. The forum also highlights Saudi Arabia's contributions to addressing global challenges. The Kingdom ranked 16th globally in the Social Responsibility Index in the IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook.
