Beijing: Iran’s Ambassador to China, Abdolreza Rahmani-Fazli, and Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Miao Deyu have discussed bilateral issues, ways to enhance relations, and plans to commemorate the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Rahmani-Fazli met and held talks with Miao in Beijing and emphasized the significance of Iran-China relations. He highlighted the importance of these bilateral relations in light of various international and regional issues. The ambassador announced special plans for commemorating this milestone in both Iran and China, stating that the upcoming anniversary will serve as an opportunity to further advance Iran-China relations.

Rahmani-Fazli noted the increasing importance of the strategy for Iran-China relations and expressed Iran’s readiness to cooperate with China. He emphasized the desire to enhance bilateral exchanges and deepen cooperation across various fields, aligning with the mutual agreement of the leaders of both countries.

Miao expressed Beijing’s willingness to closely cooperate with Tehran to enhance both bilateral and multilateral cooperation. He highlighted the aim to elevate the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Iran to a higher level.
