Tehran: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Kazakh counterpart Murat Nurtileu have reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing ties across multiple domains, alongside emphasizing the significance of active involvement in regional and international organizations.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, in a recent phone conversation, the diplomats discussed the current state of bilateral relations and regional collaboration. They highlighted the positive history of interactions between Iran and Kazakhstan and reiterated their shared intention to advance relations in political, economic, scientific, and cultural areas.
Both ministers underscored the necessity of being actively present in organizations such as the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO). They agreed to maintain ongoing consultations to facilitate this engagement. Additionally, Araghchi extended his congratulations to Nurtileu on his appointment, expressing optimism for the continuation of close cooperation in the future.
