Baku:Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi of Iran and his Omani counterpart, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, engaged in a phone conversation to review the latest developments in Yemen and other regional matters.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the two diplomats discussed avenues to achieve peace and stability during their call on Wednesday morning. The conversation is part of Iran's broader diplomatic efforts to promote de-escalation in the region.

In recent days, Araghchi has also spoken separately with the foreign ministers of Egypt, Turkey, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia to address the ongoing situation in Yemen.
