Iran and Qatar to Establish Joint Task Force for Bilateral Agreements

Doha:Iran and Qatar have announced plans to form a joint task force to ensure the implementation of various agreements made during recent discussions between the two nations.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the announcement was made by Iran's Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni following a meeting with Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. The talks, held in Doha, were described as 'good and constructive,' focusing on issues of mutual interest.

Momeni also met with Qatar's interior minister, where they agreed on the formation of the joint task force. The initiative aims to enhance cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the areas of security, trade, and economic relations.
