Tehran: The foreign ministers of Iran and Turkmenistan held a telephone call to discuss bilateral cooperation.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Turkmen counterpart, Rashid Meredov, reviewed the latest status of bilateral cooperation during the conversation. The two ministers emphasized their shared will to develop comprehensive relations in political, economic, scientific, and cultural fields.

They also underlined the necessity of strengthening consultations and cooperation, particularly in the areas of energy and transport.
