Vienna: The ambassadors from Iran, China, and Russia in Vienna have held a trilateral meeting to align their positions on topics for the upcoming session of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Board of Governors.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, announced on his Telegram account that the meeting was part of the traditional consultations regarding the Iranian nuclear dossier. The discussions aimed to coordinate and align their positions to ensure preparedness for the upcoming session.
The session of the Board of Governors is scheduled to take place from November 19 to 21 at the Vienna International Centre. It will focus on Iran exclusively within the context of the Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement, following the completion of the Agency’s mission related to UN Security Council Resolution 2231.
