Tehran: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has expressed appreciation for the courageous stance of the Yemeni government and people in firmly condemning the military aggression of the United States and the Israeli regime against Iran and their solidarity with the Iranian nation.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Araghchi, in a meeting with Major General Jalal al-Ruwayshan, Yemen's Deputy Prime Minister for Defense and Security Affairs, emphasized Iran's readiness to use all diplomatic capacities to lift the blockade and fully implement the roadmap for peace in Yemen. Al-Ruwayshan is in Tehran to attend the funeral ceremony for the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

Meanwhile, al-Ruwayshan offered his condolences on the martyrdom of Ayatollah Khamenei to the Leader, the government, and the people of Iran. He also congratulated the Iranian nation on the great and historic victory of Iran in standing firm against the US-Israeli aggressors, as well as Iran's success on the diplomatic front.
