Tehran: Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs, Kazem Gharibabadi, claims that the recent oil pollution along Qeshm Island's shores in Iran is a result of foreign military aggression in the region.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Gharibabadi posted on his X account early on Friday, highlighting the environmental damage to Iran's Persian Gulf coastline. He emphasized the importance for Iran, as a littoral state, to establish and enforce a management mechanism for the Strait of Hormuz.
