Iran Opens to Logical Negotiation, Rejects Imposition: Judiciary Chief

Tehran: Judiciary Chief Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei says that Iran has always welcomed negotiation based on logic and rationality, while describing those based on imposition as entirely unacceptable.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Ejei emphasized during a Friday meeting that there is a consensus among Iranian officials to engage in negotiations founded on logic and rationality. He highlighted that an enemy that has failed to achieve its objectives through aggression and threats cannot expect to make excessive demands during negotiations.

The judiciary chief also stated that if Iran's dignity is threatened, the country is prepared to go to war to protect its honor. Ejei's remarks underscore Iran's firm stance on maintaining its dignity in the face of external threats and pressures.
