Muscat: The talks between Iran and the United States, taking place in Muscat, Oman, are centered on rebuilding mutual trust, Al Mayadeen television reported.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the discussions are strictly confined to Iran's nuclear program, with no other subjects included in the agenda. Al Mayadeen has conveyed that the atmosphere of the talks is described as 'neither positive nor negative.' However, the occurrence of these discussions is seen as potentially preventing an escalation of tensions and lowering the risk of military confrontation.
