Iranian Ambassador Warns of Future Turmoil for Israel

Baku:Iran's Ambassador to Algeria, Nasser Kanaani, has declared that Palestine remains resilient, with numerous challenges impending against Israel.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Kanaani's article, marking the third anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation, described the event as a significant and sacred movement by Palestinian resistance fighters from the Gaza Strip against what he referred to as the oppressive Zionist regime. He claimed this operation undermined the military and intelligence credibility of Israel and inflicted an irreversible blow, echoing sentiments of the late Ayatollah Khamenei, the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution.

Kanaani argued that the Al-Aqsa Storm dispelled the myth of Israel's invincibility. He also pointed out that criticism from the Arab and Islamic world over the operation is misdirected, given the ongoing atrocities committed by Israel against Palestinians, which did not begin on October 7 but date back to the establishment of Israel supported by Western powers.

Highlighting the long-standing struggle, Kanaani mentioned that the Al-Aqsa Storm represents the justified anger of people who have suffered under occupation, crime, and genocide for nearly eight decades. He noted that despite the assassination of key Palestinian, Lebanese, and Iranian leaders by Israel and its ally, the United States, the Palestinian cause has only gained strength and vibrancy.
