Tehran: In a message marking the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized that National Day symbolizes unity, progress, and China’s significant achievements in development, contributing to global prosperity.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, President Pezeshkian conveyed his congratulations to Chinese President Xi Jinping and reiterated the importance of a comprehensive strategic partnership with China for Iran. The Iranian president also highlighted that the complex and changing international and regional conditions make it increasingly essential to strengthen and expand bilateral relations.

Pezeshkian expressed optimism that mutual respect and common interests will further strengthen the ties between the two nations.
