Tehran:President Masoud Pezeshkian of Iran has declared that the country will defend its territory at all costs, drawing inspiration from historical figures who have fought for the nation's ideals.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Pezeshkian invoked the legacy of the constitutional revolutionary figure Sattar Khan, emphasizing the values of freedom, law, and national dignity that Khan represented. The President made these remarks via a post on the social media platform X on Tuesday, which coincided with the anniversary of Sattar Khan's birth.

Pezeshkian highlighted that Iran takes pride in figures like Sattar Khan, who not only spoke of values but demonstrated them through their unwavering commitment. He further stated that while Iranians may face hardships, they will not surrender their land.
