Isfahan: A funeral ceremony was held in the city of Isfahan on Monday evening for Mahmoud Farshchian, a renowned master of Persian miniature painting, who passed away on August 9 at the age of 95.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the ceremony was attended by Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Abbas Salehi, as well as other national and provincial officials at the Isfahan Academy of Fine Arts.
