Accra:Iran's security indicators have improved, according to Major General Ali Abdollahi, chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, despite the country facing two wars over the past year. He commended the police force for maintaining security amid attacks on its facilities.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Abdollahi made these remarks during a meeting with Police Chief Brigadier General Ahmadreza Radan on Sunday. He noted that police facilities had been targeted during conflicts attributed to US-Israeli actions, leading to the deaths of several personnel.

Abdollahi emphasized that the current security situation highlights the resilience and effective performance of the police, expressing his appreciation for their dedication and efforts in maintaining stability.
