Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh met here today with Syrian Arab Republic Minister of Awqaf Dr. Mohamed Abdul Sattar Al-Sayyed and his accompanying delegation, on the sidelines of the 9th Conference of Ministers of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance. Al-Sayyed praised the Kingdom's endeavors to serve Islam and Muslims, the Two Holy Mosques, and the rest of the holy sites, and to spread the values of tolerant and moderate Islam in the world. He also pointed out that the conference in Makkah helps consolidate the values of tolerance and moderation, and will help significantly Islamic advocacy promoting coexistence, cooperation and interdependence.
