Tehran: Iran’s Judiciary Chief Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei has stated that the United States and other adversaries are fearful of the Iranian people’s unwavering support for the Islamic Revolution, leading them to implement various strategies to undermine that support.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Mohseni-Ejei made these remarks while addressing reporters during the rallies in Tehran, commemorating the 46th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution’s victory. He emphasized that “devils, at the top of them the U.S., are afraid of the people’s support for the Islamic Revolution,” highlighting that efforts have been made to diminish this support.
Mohseni-Ejei also commented on U.S. President Donald Trump’s recent decision to resume the ‘maximum pressure’ campaign against Iran, suggesting that the move has only strengthened the resolve of the Iranian people, as evidenced by their increased participation in the day’s rallies.
In his remarks, Mohseni-Ejei reinforced the determination of the Iranian people, stating that they remain undeterred by threats and are committed to supporting the Islamic Revolution and its system.
Millions of people across Iran took to the streets to celebrate the anniversary, which marks the overthrow of the U.S.-backed Pahlavi dynasty and the establishment of the Islamic Republic. Participants in the rallies, held in Tehran and other regions, reaffirmed their commitment to the principles set forth by Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic.
