The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has signed an agreement to provide clean water in Chad's Batha region. The project will drill one artesian well and six hand-pump wells, benefiting 9,400 people. This initiative aims to reduce waterborne illnesses and address water scarcity. This agreement is part of a series of humanitarian and relief projects and programs related to the water and environmental sanitation sectors, implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief. These efforts aim to improve the quality of life, provide sustainable environmental solutions, and reduce the spread of diseases and epidemics in needy countries around the world.
