Governor of Madinah Region Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz patronized today the closing ceremony of the Gulf Scientific Olympiad, which was organized by the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education. In the course of the four days of Olympiad, general education students from the Gulf states competed in mathematics, chemistry, and physics. The event was hosted by Madinah Education Department. On the last day, Prince Salman toured the exhibition accompanying the Olympiad, and was briefed about ABEGS' most prominent publications in the educational and scientific fields.
