The fund's management stressed its firm commitment, represented by the Human Resources Department, to applying the best professional practices to create a positive work environment that stimulates creativity and innovation, in addition to enhancing the productivity of its staff and talent. The Best Workplace certification aims to promote the best local workplaces in public and private establishments that can attract, develop, and retain human tal ent and competencies.
