Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil Hayan Abdul-Ghani held a meeting in the American city of Houston at the headquarters of the Baker Institute for Public Policy with both US Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Affairs Jeffrey Pyatt and Director of the Baker Institute for Public Policy David Satterfield.
