The ministry achieved the highest job engagement index among ministries at 93.4% and also received recognition for its human-resources maturity practices with a rating of 3.09 out of 4. The achievements reflect the ministry's dedication to empowering its employees and creating a pioneering and stimulating work environment to foster creativity and innovation. The Job Engagement Program measures employee needs in seven main areas, assesses the work environment in government agencies, and aims to enhance employee satisfaction and belonging. Improving the work environment is a top priority for the ministry to enhance performance and ensure best practices, ultimately contributing to professional advancement. These efforts align with the ministry's goal of providing a pos itive experience for visitors to the Two Holy Mosques.
