Beirut: In a joint statement issued late on Sunday, the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the UAE, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Qatar and Egypt said they consider Israeli violations as dangerous and a direct threat to the political process, hindering efforts in both security and humanitarian aspects in Gaza.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the ministers emphasized that these actions risk escalating tensions and undermining efforts aimed at consolidating calm and restoring stability. This comes at a time when regional and international parties are working collectively to advance the second phase of US President Donald Trump's plan and to implement UN Security Council Resolution 2803.

The ministers urged all parties to fulfill their responsibilities at this critical stage and exercise maximum restraint in order to preserve the ceasefire and ensure its sustainability. They stressed the need to avoid any action that undermines the current process in Gaza.

Additionally, they called for creating conditions conducive to early recovery and reconstruction, while advancing a just and permanent peace rooted in the Palestinian right to self-determination and statehood, in line with international law and relevant UN Security Council resolutions.

The statement was issued after the Israeli regime once again targeted several areas of Gaza, killing at least 32 people, including women and children on Sunday. Nearly 550 Palestinians have been killed and some 1,400 others injured since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025.
