The Nusuk platform, supervised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, allows visitors to the Two Holy Mosques to obtain entry permits to the Grand Mosque for performing Umrah and visiting the Prophet s Mosque. It facilitates planning, booking, and experiencing a personalized Umrah journey for pilgrims and visitors. The platform provides access to sermons from the Two Holy Mosques translated into multiple languages. It offers various features and services to help relevant authorities identify and verify the identity of guests of the Two Holy Mosques, ensuring their safety and security. The platform includes the "Visit Saudi" program, which allows for the booking and planning of Hajj and Umrah trips in multiple languages and easy arrangement of every aspect of the journey. Furthermore, it provides informative and enriching information about Makkah and Madinah. Nusuk is the first official Saudi platform that enables travelers worldwide to plan, book, and experience Umrah or Hajj by easily organizing all the detai ls of their visit, from applying for an electronic visa to booking hotels and flights. In the future, Nusuk plans to offer options for scheduling visits to important sites, finding transportation, organizing travel itineraries, and accessing on-the-ground services.
