Oil prices rose on Thursday after a significant cut in US interest rates, while concerns about global demand remained, which limited gains. Brent crude futures for November delivery rose 36 cents, or 0.5 %, to $74.01 a barrel. West Texas Intermediate crude futures for October delivery rose 34 cents, or 0.3 %, to $71.15 a barrel. The two benchmarks recovered after falling in early Asian trading. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
