President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi received the Imam of the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Dr. Salah Al-Budair, at the Presidential Palace today. Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Maliki and several officials were also present. Dr. Arif Alvi welcomed the Imam and his delegation, emphasizing the strong fraternal ties and cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He stressed the importance of unity among Muslims during this critical period. Sheikh Al-Budair expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and prayed for Pakistan's stability and the well-being of the entire Muslim nation. This visit is part of a program organized by the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, in collaboration with relevant government entities, to facilitate visits by Imams of the Two Holy Mosques to various countries.
