Tehran: President Masoud Pezeshkian has highlighted the paramount importance of unity both within Iran and among Muslim nations. He underscored his administration's commitment to fostering national consensus and maintaining social cohesion. Pezeshkian warned that any decisions or actions that jeopardize national unity must be avoided, as adversaries actively seek to exploit domestic divisions.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Pezeshkian specifically identified the United States, the Israeli regime, and certain intelligence agencies as entities that capitalize on Iran's internal divisions. He emphasized the importance of vigilance against these external threats.

During a reference to remarks by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, made at a meeting with officials organizing the Hajj pilgrimage, Pezeshkian noted that Khamenei highlighted the unity of Muslims worldwide as they gather at the Kaaba. This, he said, demonstrates their collective solidarity.

Pezeshkian reiterated that the Leader's perspective serves as the final authority on all matters and that his administration strives to align its decisions and actions with the Leader's views.
