Ashgabat: President Masoud Pezeshkian has held talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. The presidents of the Islamic Republic and Russia met on Friday on the sidelines of the International Peace and Trust Summit underway in Ashgabat.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Pezeshkian and Putin exchanged views on issues of mutual interest and the latest regional and international developments.
