According to the Holy Makkah Municipality, this project demonstrates its dedication to raising the standard of services offered to pilgrims and expediting the process for citizens looking to rent out their buildings by getting housing permits. The Secretariat has authorised consulting engineering companies with the necessary qualifications to submit applications.
