Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli attended the inauguration of Badya University in New October City Monday. The inauguration took place in the presence of Higher Education Minister Ayman Ashour, senior officials and businesspeople. Badya University is a top-tier institution currently under development, with 60% owned by Taaleem and 40% owned by Palm Hills Development. It is located in Palm Hills Badya, the first sustainable city in Egypt and the first smart city in West Cairo. Badya includes eight colleges that can accommodate up to 12,500 students. University education at Badya is set to start in the new academic year in September, with the schools of human medicine, dentistry, physiotherapy, business administration and computer science opening the door to enrollment. A documentary was played, highlighting the ambitious vision of Badya University and opportunities it offers to students. Badya will be the students' gate to the future - that's the message the documentary sends to the audience. It also sh ed light on Taaleem Management Services, which was established in 2015 as a higher education provider in Egypt. Badya University was established over 167,000 square meters. It offers educational, sports and entertainment services that guarantee students get an integrated and exciting university experiment. In addition, Badya will also act to provide professional training for students in partnership with giant industrial and service institutions, according to the documentary.
