Baku: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will depart for Azerbaijan next week to attend the United Nations Climate Change Summit. The summit will take place in Baku, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan, from November 11 to 22. According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the United Nations climate change conferences are a series of annual meetings focused on climate change that have been held since 1995. These conferences aim to review the progress made by members of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in addressing climate change challenges. The upcoming 29th edition of the conference will continue this tradition, bringing together global leaders to discuss and advance climate change initiatives.
