Tehran: A Quran recitation gathering was held in Tehran on the first day of Ramadan, in the presence of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution. The event took place on Thursday at the Imam Khomeini Hussainia, bringing together a number of distinguished and international masters and reciters of the Holy Quran.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, during the gathering, Ayatollah Khamenei expressed his gratitude for the high quality of the recitations performed. This annual gathering is a significant event, marking the beginning of Ramadan and celebrating the spiritual and cultural importance of the Quran in the Islamic community.
