The President of the Saudi Cycling Federation (SACF), Abdullah Al-Wathlan, received the President of the International Cycling Union, David Lappartient, at the SACF headquarters in Riyadh. They discussed mutual relations, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's hosting of international tours and championships, international technical and refereeing courses, as well as ways to expand the base of cycling and the strategy of the International Federation with its member federations.
