Tehran: The advisor to the chief commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) emphasized the resilience of the Iranian people and Armed Forces against foreign aggressors, predicting a fate similar to that of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein for US President Donald Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and their supporters.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Brigadier General Ramezan Sharif addressed a public gathering in Tehran, highlighting the people's continuous presence over the past 205 nights as a crucial asset for Iran's future. He asserted that this steadfastness has been a decisive factor in thwarting enemy calculations, and emphasized that Trump, Netanyahu, and their supporters would inevitably face the same fate as Saddam and his Ba'ath Party.

Sharif criticized the wars initiated by the Americans and Israelis, labeling them as based on flawed calculations and a refusal to accept historical realities. He underlined the Iranian nation's resilience over the 47 years since the Islamic Revolution, standing firm against various enemy plots despite their claims of victory.

The IRGC commander further elaborated on the Iranian nation's refusal to yield to pressure, grounded in its culture, religion, and history of fighting oppression. He recalled the era of foreign domination before the Islamic Revolution, when Americans controlled Iran's destiny and exploited its wealth through a puppet monarchy.

Sharif expressed regret over the plight of neighboring countries under global arrogance, accusing the US of plundering their resources and humiliating them. He also lauded Iran's victory in a hybrid war launched by the United States and Israel, backed by Western powers, asserting that the world recognized Iran as the definitive victor of this battle.
