The detachments of the Department of Checkpoints and External Roads Affairs in the Diyala Police Command seized (23) vehicles loaded with materials that violate legal controls. Colonel Haitham Al-Shammari, Director of Media for the Diyala Police Command, told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that the detachments of the Department of Checkpoints Affairs deployed on the main roads north and northeast of Baqubah were able, through searching the vehicles coming from the Kurdistan Region, to seize / 23 / vehicles loaded with various illegal materials. He added that the security detachments were able to arrest two people who violated the residency conditions coming from the northern regions.
