Deputy Minister for International Multilateral Affairs and General Supervisor of the Public Diplomacy Deputyship Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rassi received the message on behalf of Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah during a meeting today at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh with Ambassador of Venezuela to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia David Velásquez Caraballo.
