Celik said in a post on the X platform that the entry of Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir into Al-Aqsa Mosque today, accompanied by the police, is a very provocative act that could lead to greater regional conflicts. He stressed that the Knesset's decision to refuse to recognize the Palestinian state is an illegal decision and is considered a record of the genocidal policies pursued by the current Israeli administration, explaining that the two steps are dangerous and expose peace and stability in the region to greater threats. "We are for permanent peace in the Middle East, and the way to achieve this is to establish the State of Palestine with East Al-Quds as its capital, on the basis of ju st peace. The international community must take an urgent initiative and bear the responsibility for peace," Celik added, stressing that Turkey, under the leadership of President Erdogan, will continue to fight against the policy of genocide.
