Mashhad: An Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) commander has claimed that the United States, by deploying its military forces globally, aims to threaten and dominate all countries.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Brigadier General Gholam Reza Soleimani, the commander of the IRGC’s Basij Organization, criticized the US during an event in Mashhad for changing the name of its Department of Defense to the Department of War. He argued that this move by President Donald Trump indicates an attempt to ideologically transform the American military and suggests that a new era of wars is imminent, involving a strategic alliance between the US and the Israeli regime.

General Soleimani expressed that the future of nations will inevitably involve conflict, citing the irony in Washington and Tel Aviv’s positioning of China, Russia, Venezuela, Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, and Iran as potential threats. He emphasized that Trump’s objective is to acquire money and wealth through Israeli lobbies, which he claims are influential in shaping US policies.
