Tehran: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has highlighted what he describes as significant intelligence failures by the United States in their approach to the Strait of Hormuz. Araghchi emphasized that previous actions against Iran exemplified these errors, suggesting that recent developments mark an even greater miscalculation by Washington.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Araghchi expressed his views on his X account, stating, "The US has long miscalculated due to intelligence failures. Case in point: The war on Iran. Now, an even bigger miscalculation on the Strait of Hormuz." He warned that fake intelligence could be more damaging than misinformation, urging caution in dealing with such matters.

Araghchi further stressed, "Allah is Great, Greater than ANY power on Earth. In Allah we trust," underscoring the belief in a higher power amidst geopolitical tensions. His comments reflect ongoing concerns about the strategic importance of the Strait of Hormuz and the potential implications of U.S. actions in the region.
