Egyptian Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport Kamel El Wazir arrived in Baghdad Sunday at the head of an official delegation to discuss boosting cooperation between the two countries in the fields of transport and industry. The delegation will discuss the participation of Egyptian companies in infrastructure works including building roads, bridges and development projects in Iraq. The minister was received by Iraqi Minister of Transport Meheis Al Saadawy and Egyptian Ambassador to Iraq Ahmed Samir. The Egyptian delegation includes the heads of the General Authority for Roads and Bridges and Land Transport Regulatory Authority as well as CEOs of 13 major companies specialized in carrying out projects.
