The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) said in today's weather forecast that rainfall will continue in the southern mountains, with temperatures remaining high in the Riyadh and Eastern regions. The NCM noted that humidity will persist in coastal cities, and fog will affect cities and villages in mountainous areas during the early morning hours. Official Spokesperson for the NCM Hussein Al-Qahtani said that with the start of the new school year tomorrow, the center is increasing its readiness and coordination with the Ministry of Education to address any weather conditions that may affect various regions of the Kingdom and will provide all weather information around the clock. He also called for continued coordination with relevant authorities, mainly between the NCM and the Ministry of Education, to ensure that schools are prepared to handle any potential weather changes, including providing support and necessary information to teachers and administrators to ensure the safety of students throughout the n ew school year.
