Women have made a significant contribution to the success of the Buraidah Dates Carnival, which began in early August. Saudi women are actively involved in various aspects of the event, including date marketing, supervision, organization, and support roles. The carnival offers numerous employment opportunities for young men and women, ranging from office work to marketing and organization. Dr. Khaled Al-Naqeedan, the secretary general of the Buraidah Dates Carnival's Higher Committee, confirmed that the carnival had created jobs across various sectors, including committees, supervisory teams, sales points, retail stores, farms, export yards, and support functions.
