Tehran: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, accusing him of orchestrating a plan to drag the United States into a conflict with Iran. Araghchi's comments highlight the tensions surrounding the US-Israeli imposed wars on Iran over the past year.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Araghchi took to his X account to reveal that Netanyahu boasted in Hebrew about successfully leading the US administration into a war against Iran for Israel's benefit. Araghchi alleged that Netanyahu openly expressed pride among Israelis for deceiving former US President Donald Trump into launching the conflict.

Araghchi further elaborated on Netanyahu's actions, stating that the Israeli Prime Minister claimed to have influenced the American public and administration through extensive media coverage. He mentioned Netanyahu's reference to '1,000 hours of airtime' on US networks, which he used to propagate and promote his agenda.

The Iranian Foreign Minister did not hesitate to label Netanyahu as a 'serpent,' pointing out the Israeli leader's ability to manipulate and praise the US President's leadership in English, while simultaneously mocking the situation in Hebrew. This duality, according to Araghchi, underscores the deceptive nature of Netanyahu's tactics.
