Tehran: In a recent telephone conversation with his Iraqi counterpart, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi emphasized the importance of maintaining the valuable relations between Iran and Iraq, urging that they should remain unaffected by certain personal and unofficial remarks.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the dialogue between the two foreign ministers focused on the latest regional developments, particularly in light of the recent US military actions against Iran, Washington's ongoing violations of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding, and Iran's responses to these provocations.
