Beijing: Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi announced upon his arrival in Beijing that he is carrying a message from President Masoud Pezeshkian to Chinese leaders. Araqchi's visit is aimed at engaging with top Chinese officials to discuss issues of mutual interest, particularly focusing on the ongoing indirect talks between Tehran and Washington.According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Iran and the United States have conducted two rounds of negotiations facilitated by Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, with a third round planned in Muscat, Oman. Araqchi emphasized the strategic partnerships with China and Russia, acknowledging their support during challenging times, and underscoring the importance of continuous consultations, especially amid the indirect discussions with the United States.Araqchi highlighted that his recent visit to Russia followed a similar agenda of maintaining strategic dialogues.
