Dushanbe: As part of his visit to Dushanbe, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has met with his Tajik counterpart Sirojiddin Muhriddin. During the visit on Wednesday, the two foreign ministers discussed issues of bilateral importance, as well as regional and international developments.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Araqchi left Tehran for Dushanbe on Wednesday morning and was seen off by Tajik ambassador to Tehran Nizomiddin Zohidi. In addition to his meeting with Muhriddin, Araqchi has earlier met with Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon.
