Tehran: Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei, in a recent message, addressed the latest US 'war crimes' against Iran, saying that every new incident further strengthens the Iranian people's resolve to pursue justice and hold the perpetrators accountable. According to Islamic Republic News Agency, in a post on X, Baqaei referred to U.S. military aggression that occurred on Tuesday in several areas of Iran, including Hormuzgan Province. Baqaei noted that the 'US record of crimes against Iran grows daily,' serving as a constant display of its enmity toward the nation. He added that the US military targeted an environmental protection post in the village of Seyyed Jowzar, Hajjiabad, killing three members of the family of Javad Hassanzadeh, a dedicated environmental ranger. Baqaei noted that this is merely the latest example of heinous US war crimes committed over the past four and a half months, a campaign he stated began with the assassinations of leaders, children, women, and men in Tehran, Minab, La merd, and elsewhere on February 28, 2026.
