Tel aviv: Israeli media have reported the deaths of four Israeli soldiers in separate attacks across the Gaza Strip on Monday. The attacks took place in various areas, including Khan Younis, Jabalia, the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, and Al-Shuja’iyya.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the incidents involved Palestinian fighters targeting a military vehicle with an anti-tank rocket, resulting in the deaths of at least two soldiers and wounding two others. Subsequent reports from Israeli sources confirmed that four separate attacks had occurred, raising the death toll to four soldiers.

There has been criticism directed at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, with Israeli media condemning him for sending soldiers into what they described as a ‘futile war’ aimed at maintaining his cabinet’s grip on power.
